Dyana Kelley
Taking her first RV trip at 2 weeks of age was the framework for a lifetime of passion in the outdoor recreation industry. Having traveled by RV to the 48 contiguous states, visited 26 national parks, and hiked many of California’s most beautiful trails, Dyana is more than just an outdoor enthusiast, she also encourages others to get out and explore. Professionally, she has worked as an outdoor recreation guide for REI, started and ran multiple businesses in the fitness industry, is a certified California Naturalist, and currently serves as an advisor to the American Glamping Association, and Recreate Responsibly.
Marvin Speh
Marvin is one of the three co-founders of RoomPriceGenie and responsible for sharing the great opportunities of the companies offering with the world (some call it Sales & Marketing). Growing up in a travel-eager family which still today runs a small travel agency, he has always been fascinated by the world of travel and hospitality. Now he has one mission: make sure that everyone can make use
of the full potential of their hospitality business by finally getting their prices right.
Frances Kiradjian
Frances, a 25+ year hospitality and travel industry seasoned professional, created BLLA to give a voice to independent, upscale hotel properties as well as small brands around the world, offering them the opportunity and the means to compete on a level playing field with major hotel companies. BLLA serves hundreds of worldwide members including hotels, small brands, and the vendor suppliers that sustain them.

Nat Rosasco is a digital marketing entrepreneur and Founder of Olive Street Design, Olive & Ash Design and Ballot Box Digital. Rosasco received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and his MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. He also serves on the Small Business Council for Small Business for America's Future and is the Economic Development Commissioner for the Village of Villa Park.

Ben Quiggle
A Jamestown, N.Y., native who grew up in Coldwater, Mich., Quiggle attended Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, Va. before obtaining a journalism degree from Grace College in Warsaw, Ind. He then worked for local NBC affiliate WNDU-16 in South Bend and was managing editor of the Chronicle-Tribune in Marion, Ind. before most recently serving as a staff writer for The Elkhart Truth, a daily newspaper located in the RV-building center of northern Indiana.

In 2003, Dean Trevelino stepped out of the conglomerate PR, Marketing, and Ad agency world after 14 years in executive roles with top 10 brands to be an entrepreneur and launch his own firm. 15 years later, along with his partner, Genna Keller, they have created a national boutique firm that has been among the top 10 fastest growing firms in the US on more than one occasion, has been recognized as one of the 30 best firms to work for in North America, has garnered more than 100 industry awards, and which takes great pride in claiming the industry's number one retention rate, having lost one practitioner to another firm in 17 years.

Matthew Galbraith
With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Matthew has expertise in hotel property technology, revenue management, customer success, hotel openings and training, and has held both operational and technology leadership roles. As the Director of Operations at RMS, Matthew oversees the marketing, sales, training, account management, product management, and customer support teams and is ultimately responsible for client success.
Raul Lopez
Raul manages the customer support team at RMS and drives smooth and efficient interactions with customers. Using his decade of experience in hospitality, Raul is responsible for creating a high standard of customer service and addressing any snags in client operations by delegating client inquiries to specific teams, managing client accounts, keeping customer-interaction records, communicating with internal teams, and building customer relationships.
Fred Dominioni
Fred brings over 15 years of sales, personnel, customer-relationship, and revenue management experience to his role at RMS, where he leads the marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Using his extensive knowledge of international sales and SaaS, he is responsible for driving revenue, negotiating strategic partnerships, growing into new vertical markets, and shaping the RMS product road map. Additionally, Fred has worked extensively with Microsoft’s OCP and Azure teams globally in previous roles.
Amanda Williams
With 15 years of experience in reservation and property management systems, Amanda has been responsible for onboarding numerous multi-property clients onto the RMS platform, including the US Department of Defense Marine Corps Community Services. In addition to leading successful implementations, Amanda manages addition of services, changes, and enhancements to existing reservation contracts for numerous strategic client properties.
Chuck Dunaj
Chuck has extensive experience in hospitality management and technology sales. With 23 years of hotel management combined with 19 years of selling leading Property Management System solutions to hotels, Chuck has experience consulting with and assisting hoteliers and now campground operators across the USA and around the world. As the Senior Sales Executive at RMS North America, Chuck provides a thoroughly educational, welcoming, and tailored sales experience to hotels, campgrounds, marinas, and RV Parks.
Patrick Lannon
Patrick is the Sales Specialist at RMS North America, connecting with current and future clients, demonstrating RMS software, explaining company processes, and making the overall client experience positive and productive. With previous experience in Sales Development and several years of experience in hospitality, he provides expert knowledge of the RMS product, while being a positive and approachable member of the team.
