The Hospitality Cloud will deliver property management, channel management, dynamic pricing, online bookings, mobile check-in and more to 40 Parkbridge locations.
RMS Hospitality Solutions has recently added Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. to its growing portfolio of outdoor hospitality customers. The leading owner, operator and developer of residential land lease communities, recreational resorts and marinas in Canada will begin driving online bookings, increasing revenues and improving customer engagement via “The Hospitality Cloud” (also known as RMS9+), a suite of a la carte technologies designed to streamline and simplify operations.
Over the next 18 months, 38 RV Resort Parks within the Parkbridge portfolio will migrate to the 9+ platform. Two of the 40 properties in the Parkbridge RV Resort Park portfolio are already using the cloud-based system; the Oceanside RV Resort in Saanichton, British Columbia, went LIVE December 1, and Goreski’s Landing Cottage and RV Park on Scugg Lake in Kawarthas, Ontario, went LIVE January 4.

RMS9+ is a group of web-based modules that can be used independently or in concert to help outdoor hospitality businesses operate profitably. The solution consists of a property-management system, point-of-sale system, channel-management system, booking engine, and modules for guest marketing, business intelligence and tour desk. The solution is ideal to meet the business management needs of the Campground and RV Resort market. RMS integrates with each property’s website and a range of Online Travel Agents to create a total booking and PMS solution that is quick to learn and easy to use.
This tool enables campers to see availability across the entire enterprise portfolio. Using the 9+ Booking Engine Module, website lookers can easily be turned into bookers via the RMS Book Now Button to facilitate real-time, instantly-confirmed online reservations. Reservations appear on the RMS bookings screen as soon as they are made, and rates and availability are synchronized by the Channel Management System to prevent double bookings. The CMS links properties to the RMS booking engine (Book Now Button) and a range of travel websites without the requirement of a third-party channel manager. Rates and availability are automatically uploaded to all of the sites a property is affiliated with.
